• Place your dental appliance in a glass with lukewarm water (not hot) that completely covers it.
• Drop one Retainer Clean™ Fast Cleaning Tablet into the water. Allow dental appliance to soak in the effervescing solution for at least 3 minutes for instant cleaning. 
• For best results, occasionally brush your appliance with a soft brush after removing it from the solution.
• Rinse your dental appliance with running water thoroughly before use. Discard solution.
