Gargle gently with 10ml to 15ml for up to 30 seconds before spitting out. To ensure liquid reaches all areas in mouth, tilt head slightly back when gargling.
Use up to 4 times a day at intervals of 2 to 4 hours between each use or as advised by your Dentist, Doctor or Pharmacist.
